Bumpy Eye lid

I had a minor eye lid surgery yesterday at tun Hussein onn eye specialist, PJ. I came for an appointment but it turned out to be, my first ever experience of being wide awake and operated in a small room full of nurses gossiping and talking about life in college. -_-' The surgery took ten minutes but the whole procedure was about an hour. The nurse started Off with two or three drops of eyedrops into my right eye. After ten minutes I couldn't quite feel my eye lid that much. After waiting for another ten minutes, the doctor came in, followed by the insurance policy staff who then announced that I Couldn't claim as my insurance was still in process. It had to be more than three months she said. I was informed to pay with my own money and I was not covered -5mins before the dr was about to fill my eye lid with numbing liquid. Amazing. And oh, I swear, that shot of medicine into my skin was terribly painful. Dr. Proceeded with flipping my lid upwards, pinned it with an instrument, and asked if I could feel any pain. Thank god I didn't cuz she was folding my big ketumbit. She started to cut, her hands were moving everwhere and I could feel her knife cutting but there was no pain. Ten minutes later the surgery was over and the pain came STRAIGHT to me like a SMACK on my face and I could feel every inch of pain that was missing during the surgery. My right eye lid was no longer numb. I was going crazy and all I could do was pray the pain would go away.. But of course, the nurse took her time to get the cotton and the eye patch.. So I just stared at the lights. The eye patch was finally tapped to my right eye. I put on my shoes and walked to a desk where i had a chat with the nurse regarding the bill and doctor's prescription. So I walked out of the surgery room and there he was, waiting patiently for me. :) Since i had an eye patch on, We had take-away ANW mozza burger set and rootbeer float in the car. It was the best lunch ever. Thank you sayang.
